  • Drink plenty of water (3-4 liters or more) a day, more if you're active. Keep your salt intake low, like 700 mg or 1500 mg and slowly reduce it to 700 mg or less if your body puffs up from too much salt. Carb the fruit up! Don't think carbs are bad from fruit or even sugar from them. If you're going 80/10/10 or 90/5/5 along with Raw Til 4, limit your fat and protein to 10%/5% respectively of your daily calories. Since you're a guy, eat 3000 calories if you're sedentary and 3500 and more if active.

  • eat more than you think you need! vegan food is higher fiber and lower calorie so its tough to overeat. if you have lots of cravings youre prob undercarbed.
