  • The theme behind Raw Till 4 is to eat raw fruits and veggies most of the day until dinner time (around 4pm) during which you should have a low fat vegan cooked meal.

    Can you have pizza, cake, and such? If you can find or preferably make a low fat vegan pizza, cake, Chinese dish, whatever then you're fine! Experiment with some recipes that emphasize low fat and make sure it's vegan. Badda bing badda boom~ 

  • I make pizza sometimes o.o as long as its low salt, low/no oil, then you're good. On Raw til 4, its all raw before 4pm then cooked after 4pm. You can have raw pizza, cakes, before 4, but that usually requires a dehydrator ^^; some like myself do Raw til 12pm if pressed for time or low on fruit. Raw til 4 is more of a guideline, not an absolute.
