It looks like he is joining various online communities and spamming them with the same chain message.

sorry about that! sometimes they are quite sophisticated on sign up, will remove them if shell hasn't already.
i have set the PM to friends only and will see if i can do the same for the comment wall.
It's 2020 and I just got a similar message. I deleted it but here's the SS....i messages the admins as well...
