  • I just put 12 mangoes in the dehydrater.
  • Nothing. Surely one can watch a two hour movie without getting hungry.

Eat a proper meal before you go.

  • I rarely go to movies, but last time I went, nothing.

I think dates or nuts and seeds would be very portable though.

    Peace, PK

  • grapes

  • HUGE CARGO POCKETS LOADED WITH REUSED PLASTIC BAGGIES, SLICED MANGOS, BAGGY FULL OF DATES, AND THE SUPERMAN THEME COMES ON BOOM!!!!

Oranges, nectarines...if I could only figure out a way to get a watermelon inside sigh...

  • I just take water. I don't actually like to snack, I prefer to wait for meals and eat as much as I want then. I love your idea about blueberries at the movies, that sounds delicious!

    • I'm still building up my ability to eat larger meals. I am currently on 4-5 fruit meals and 1-2 veggie meals a day. As my blood sugar issues are leveling out (I can thank HCLFRV for that) I am getting closer to 4 meals a day, I started off at 8 smaller fruit or veggie meals a day, currently at 5 or 6.
      • Omg that's amazing! I really admire someone who has the discipline to eat so many small meals in a day. I started out eating 5-6 meals a day then when I went on HCLFV I got it down to 3 meals a day. My dream is to eat only 2 GIGANTIC meals in a day, but I'm not sure if that's realistically possible or if I'm just dreaming :p I hope your blood sugar issues continue to improve on this diet.

  • pints of cherry tomatoes.

    • That is a great idea for the winter, when blueberries are hard to find and often gross.
