  • Yep, you bet they will! Fill it to the very rim and seal it air-tight with something like a swing-top bottle.

  • I have read no scientific studies that say vitamins or minerals somehow disappear after a certain amount of time.

Aside from that I would not eat a 7 hour old smoothie! Would not taste good to me. Do you have to blend the fruit? Can you eat the fruit as is?

  • I think minerals don't degrade like you're suggesting, but I really don't know about vitamins!

  • We'll I have refrigerated my smoothis before for 6 hours.... The trick is too seal it air tight, get one of those mason jars that have an air tight seal, NO AIR should get in there... Then refrigerate it, the colder your fridge is the better... Not in the freezer but your fridge... And when I finally got to drink my smoothie it tasted as if it was freshly made... You can try this if you want and see how it goes. If you get a mason jar try to fill your smoothie to the very top... What little space there was in the jar I would blow my breath to give it some carbon dioxide.... C02 are what plants breath after all.... Hope it helps..
    • Wow. So as long as you get an air tight seal the smoothie still tastes okay after 6 hours? I find that kinda hard to believe lol.

      • I make smoothies the night before work sometimes and drunk them 12+ hours later. They still taste great ☺
