I think sharing this can help us getting a better understanding of our own practice is doing and maybe be a guide to where we are and where we we would like to go. I've been practicing 4 to 5 days and been eating  mostly Persimmons, Cherries, Champagne Mangos, Melons, Grapes and an Avocado at night. Been practicing 5 and half years and feeling really good. I find when I eat less heavy fruits I am more flexible in the room. When the Detox gets too intense I just up my avocado intake.

  • I go 3-5 times a week to bikram hot yoga and 1 time a week i do regular yoga, classes are 60-90 min long .. i just try to get my 3 thous calories in with about 3-4 l of water, thats all i can think of and try to limit my fats.

    Watermelons, bananas, dates, grapes are my stables.... i only started about 2 weeks ago maby less
