    Just so everyone following this discussion is aware there is a Meetup group holding a talk this Sunday 10am @ Northey St Markets. Dr. Sandeep Gupta is giving a presentation on 'Principles of Dietary Excellence', more details can be found here.

    I was planning on having a listen to see what he has to say. So Luke if you and anyone else who were planning on catching up on Sunday are interested in sitting in on the talk perhaps we could meet a bit earlier around 9:30, or otherwise an hour or two later after the talk is finished?

      Thanks Brett. I had a flat bike tyre so missed it but managed to meet up with Brooke and have a chin wag at 11am.

    Sounds awesome Luke I hope I can make it along every week, but probably won't be able to make this first week though. Thanks for getting a much needed meetup in place and I hope it gets well attended. Cheers.

      Today we had Ales from the Sunny Coast ex Slovenia, who enjoys jogging in the morning and Chris from Birkdale ex WA, who told us a story of an amazing fig back home.

      We share an achacha and I managed to score some carambolas (star fruit) straight from the tree.
