This group is for anyone who presently (or formerly) works or studies in the conventional medical field--doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, psychiatrists, etc. Here is a place where we can share our experiences and ideas, and lend support to each other.

Welcome!

Dear Friends,

Welcome to the group! Please feel free to share about yourself, and your "story" of being LFRV alongside working conventional medical. What kind of work do you do, or are planning to do? How do you aspire to make a difference?

This group is intended to provide support for all of us--so we know that we are not alone--and to share ideas of how we can make a difference in the conventional medical field.

Enjoy your fruit :-)

  • Welcome, Amy! I think that is a truly wonderful perspective...thank you for motivating me :-)

    Wishing you ALL the best!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Okay, I will start! I am currently in nursing school (BS-RN) and I have not decided what kind of nursing I plan on entering. I am a bit conflicted about working in the hospital, especially because I am not entitled to teaching the patients alternative nutrition facts, but I do enjoy the high activity level of a hospital nurse, and most importantly--the interactions with patients, and opportunity to lend compassion, kindness, and support.

Seeing with my very eyes the rampant illnesses among people in the hospital is such a motivation for me to follow 80/10/10, and a great help in times of temptation to stray from the "path of life"!!!
