  • Hi!

Do not combine sweet and acid fruit together. Acid fruits are oranges, strawberries, lemons, mandarines... And sweet fruits are bananas and dates. The rest(peaches, apricots, grapes, persimmons...) is sub-acid. And it can be combined with sweet and acid. Also do not combine fatty fruits (avocado...) with sweet fruits.

If you have to eat more than one fruit for a meal try to make it simple. Just 2 or 3 well-combined fruits in it. You can make fruity salad from oranges, strawberries and peaches for example. You can mix bananas with dates in a smoothie

Also greens (celery, iceberg lettuce, butter lettuce) combine well with everything.

Just google it, if you need to know anything more:)
