  • Hi! I'm new to 801010, just read the book yesterday and getting started. I'm a professional dancer and aerialist and living in hotels right now so cooking is not an option - but I usually have a mini fridge! help is welcome on how to keep stocked, and what to eat!!

  • Hi Athena :)

Yes, keep it simple! If a fruit is eating mono, the body is able to tell how much to eat of that fruit. For example it burns on the tongue when the body has enought of the nutrients in a pineapple.Or the jar locks. or it is impossible to swallow a bite. In that way it is easy to balance the body.

The perks of being non-gourmet...

Here you can name the pros of not engaging in recipes and eating simply fruits and vegetables in their natural forms. For me:+ no cooking-/preparation-stress+ easy to eat AND healthy at the same time+ makes me happy+ I taste the real taste from Mother Nature, instead of having added ingredients ruin it.+ more time for myself and to enjoy life in general+ Since I've lived this way, I've never felt better. :)+ I can eat many colours of the rainbow - and they're all natural. :)
