Festival info

Dear Fruitbats,

Please join us for the Swiss fruit festival! It will be a chance for us like minded folk to meet each other, discuss the lifestyle, spend time in the beautiful Swiss outdoors and eat some fruit together! This will be a low cost event aimed at simply spending time together in a camping setting. We feel that simply sharing experiences with others is the most valuable aspect, therefore there will be no paid speakers.

Do you have something you can contribute? Lead a yoga course, climbing, fitness, music, or lead a discussion? Please let us know if you can help in any way!

  • Anyone have a soccer ball to bring?

  • Don't know yet when I'll arrive. I guess around 19:00.

Like the idea with the hike/bike ride/swim.

  • I do have a bike but i'd rather rent one instead of tsking it with me. That sounds like a really good idea, though! How much do you think i should take with me?
  • ok i'll arrive tomorrow (friday) evening around 19:00, with me 2 friends, 2 other friends in an other car. a family will also arrive tomorrow they are friends of mine too... i hope there is enough space haha

  • Also, those you ordered bio bananas- they come to 3.50 per kilo...

  • FYI- I have no bike and will need to rent one...

  • Hey everyone!

Had an idea for an activity for Saturday. We could hike from Camping Aareschlucht to Meiringen and get bikes. Then bike to Brienzersee and go swimmin! - Did you know it is Switzerland's deepest lake? It will definitely be refreshing! Google Maps says Meiringen to Brinzersee is 4 hours walking- so probably half that on bikes..

If you are interested in renting a bike please bring some cash..

  • the cat! :D does s/he like bananas?

I don't think my brother's coming with me, after all. When are you leaving?

  • @Timmy: I will pass Lucerne. So I could pick you up.
