  • Never actually tried vega but I try to stay away from most supplements if I can. I still take V-B12 and Omega fatty acids once in a while. I only try to stay away from supplement companies because I don't trust any of them not the lace their products with PEDS/Stimulants and their could get caught cheating in my sport. If your not doing running at a higher competitive level I'd say they were fine and would use supplements. I think they're fine if you just use them for flavouring smoothies as well :) !
