Plantar fasciaitis advice please

Hi guys,  I seem to have developed (what I think is) plantar fasciaitis.  Basically my left heel in the middle of the base hurts (but only at certain times).  It doesn't hurt at all when I run - go figure.  It hurts if I tread on pebbles in bare feet

ANKLE PAIN and pre-run meal?

I started running in minimalist shoes a few months ago (after a year+ of not running due to pregnancy)
