  • I find that there is a metaphor

     

    Mac Trucks adn 16 wheelers have a different gear type adn fueletc than say a convertible jaguar.

    each body is really different for many reasons. intuitively your body knows. Watching and feeling results while at the same time "Emboding " your new ideal form /function will bring about a wider field to play in.

    If your body craves something IT is the evolutionary authority  NO diet can do this.

    the body knows...

    but if there were any additions they could be in a minimum form that does not burden the body such as smoothies or in mineral rich greens etc. I knew a lot of the body builders like Frank Zane and Andreas Cahling and bill pearl a little.

    They were scientists with listening to their own body and beleiving they would get results

    the issue tha tismmost pertinent with SCT is that the body needs rest not more work tot ell it it needs more muscle fiber is on thign but to scream it 24/7 is not productive

    The mind adn beleifs affect the accomplishment of goals etc.

    So beleifs  (AKA placebo effect) can have dramatic results)

    So there for e I would not argue any points regarding any system as ingrained beleifs are emotional even though we call them objective science

    Yet we can share the facts that others have results  the results are our goal yes?

    I beelive that Mike Metznet (Mentzer?) used SCT with good results. the fac tis that it is super documented

     You use a stop watch adn paper to document your progress. in pounds you can lift.

    if you were a professional trainer of this you could do,well as most people dont have the time to be in the gym 24/7...even 80 year old women golfers used it.

    JUst enough weight to stimulate growth  homeopathic doses well spaced.

    listen to thes elinks and download them about the research into placebos  just keep beleiving in your front line philosophy

    t is easier though as the glycogen and use of the tissue couple with rest and other movement and renewal leads to better environment for the tissue to grow.
