Hello,
I am joining 30BaD because it is time for me to get serious about this lifestyle. I first went vegan 5 years ago, and I heard about Freelee and Harley then, but I didn't truly take their messages to heart. Now that I have moved out of my parents house, I am in complete control of what I eat, so it is time for me to stop making excuses. I currently eat a high carb, mostly cooked vegan diet and I would like to transition to a mostly raw vegan diet. My catchphrase on Instagram is "Carb up and carpe diem!", so that is what I intend to do!

My favorite books are Ishmael and Flowers for Algernon. I don't have a favorite movie as I don't often watch movies or TV. My favorite pastimes are walking in nature, yoga, and watching YouTube videos.
