  • Thank you ^-^
  • Read your post Anu, sorry about not replying sooner I'm still somewhat new to 30bananasaday myself. I get frustrated with my friends who continue to eat unhealthy. The only advice I can give is just go as vegetarian/vegan as you can.

Don't try to change too quickly. You only went vegetarian a year ago. Your body needs time to acclimate. Vegetarian diets are higher in fiber than meat filled diets. Vegan diets have even more fiber. Just don't give up. Slow and steady wins the race. "“It doesn’t matter how slowly you go-so long as you do not stop.”-C..."

Well, I had to actually slow down this morning to contemplate this quote. By nature I’m a neurotic multi-tasker who whips through the day at Mach spe…
  • Danke ^-^
  • Hi :)
    Viel Erfolg ;)
  • Thank you, that's so nice :)
So...here's the thing: About a year ago I started eating vegetarian, but I never really considered going vegan, probably mostly because of the influence of my the rest of my family, who still eat everything. They are strictly against the vegan lifestyle, since in their opinion I need the dairy in order to grow strong and healthy. (I'm only 15 after all) Now a few weeks ago I found Freelees channel and did a little research on my own and I can feel that this really is the way to go for me. I don't want there to be the product of animal suffer on my plate anymore. But I don't really know how I can convince my parents to let me go vegan plus I will have problems with the fruit thing: You see, I live in Germany and I should be good for the summer but now during winter it's hard to get fresh, ripe fruit, you know, the good stuff. There is barely more than a few types of fruit and everything is imported from Spain or even further away. In the last week's I tried to lower my dairy intake step by step but my family really isn't happy with it. They still buy the food I eat, after all. I whish I would live somewhere sunny on my own .-. I can't get help from friends either, since very few of them vegetarians and no there are no vegans at all. It's a little complicated but I'm sure I can find a way. Thank you so much for listening, you already helped
    ^-^
(Again, please excuse my English I'm still learning)
