The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?

Just wondering about B12, if it's necessary in a supplement form, and how to get over the fear of consuming such high calories (currently on 3,000 a day)

The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. • Hi April, to calculate calories by weight, just get a kitchen scale, and then, before eating food, just put it on the scale, and enter the weight in Cronometer (without seeds and skin).  So for example, when I'm eating dates, I grab a handful of them, pit them all, and then put the pitted dates on the scale, and in Cronometer, instead of picking the "date, pitted" option, choose the "Gram" option in the drop-down menu.  It's good to do that for dates and bananas, as the numbers for those are almost always over-inflated on a per-fruit basis.

  • I think if you add me as a friend, then we can send private messages. Yeah let's not share contact information in public. Might start getting spammed.

  • Hey, I seen your post about living in oceanside. I'm just a south of you in san diego. We should try and get together soon.
