I'm 24, a extreme yoyo dieter who has spent most of my teen/20's binge eating then heavily restricting. I found freelee the banana girl on Youtube and feel inspired to follow her Vegan lifestyle in the hopes that it will heal not only my body but my mind as well.

I've never really eaten fruits or vegetables so I know nothing about what to buy, what does what etc. My family brought me up in a really unhealthy eating lifestyle and I want to change that.
