I'm an Aussie woman who's passionate for being the healthiest and best-er-est I can be; but my motivation has well and truly slipped by the way. First heard of 30BAD by a Kiwi friend, and I've been impressed with the support and good advice from Freelee & Co. I'm excited to meet inspiring and positive people here! :)

I really need to learn how to combine foods properly so I can control my low blood pressure better and get the most nutrition. I eat 50% raw already but really need to step it up for more energy and less blah-ness.
