I felt a deep calling to this lifestyle as I've always felt we should not be living in pain and feel such resistance towards ourselfs, others and the planet. I had cancer as a young child and never felt 'optimal' now being raw 4 months and high carb 1 year (vegan for 2) I feel like the weights have come off my shoulder and the boulders out of my digestive system and congestion in my head clearing for the first time Ever (terrible hay fever and athsma... GONE, cat allergy no where near as bad and I have the most stable happy at ease emotions ever in my life though I've gained 15kg, (definitely not at the heaviest I've been before, ) I am fitter than everrr!! before all thanks to a change in the way I was living! So worth it ❤️🌟

None, living my best life mostly raw but when traveling to cold places like the snowy mountains raw till 4 (but it brings my digestive issues and head congestion back😅😢)
