I have been watching Freelees videos for about a year now and I finally made the decision to go Vegan high carb low fat. Im 17 and my family still eats meat so its very interesting in the house. But I couldn't be happier with the change! The environmental impacts of eating animal products was what got me interested but now I'm doing the best possible lifestyle for my health and the animals as well! :)

Im a runner, i like hiking and spending time outside. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. I love making movies (and watching them) and want to be a director someday... or an environmentalist that travels around the world speaking to large crowds about veganism..either one.
