I went 100% 811rv May 24 this year. After about 6 weeks, I contacted Doug Graham for coaching. He worked with me daily for 30 days and then weekly for 3 weeks leading up to the workshops in Sedro Woolley in September. I attended both Culinary workshops along with Advancing the Era of Raw Foods and the Health and Fitness Week. It was an incredible experience. I am also signed up for the Fast Doug supervises in Costa Rica in January. I am 67 and have some health challenges. I have been down many roads seeking health and recovery including the high fat raw food approach. I have never experienced anything close to what I am now experiencing on 811rv. I'm here for the duration and I am thrilled to have been guided to your site.

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?

I just want to be around those on this journey and drinking it all in. I have a lot to learn. I've read, studied and had a lot of coaching but I am still a newbie. Probably my biggest challenge is learning how to buy enough fruits and veggies at the ripeness I need when I need it. I live in the mountains of North GA. I eat all organic so I have have to drive to Atlanta or Chattanooga once a week for shopping. I am also beginning to learn from a friend I met in Sedro Woolley how to order directly from distributors. The challenge is managing the ripening process without losing to much food in the process.

  • wow that is great. Robby is a gem! He for sure can get you on the right track. It sure would be great to get some better deals from a distributor. I almost moved to Florida, beacuse produce was a lot cheaper. Last year I bought a case of bananas, (Non organic) for ten bucks! But Florida is just too flat for me.
  • I have been told numerous times to use distributors, but for some reason I feel like they wouldn't sell to me because I am an individual.
Greenlife is a great place to buy in bulk. I get my bananas from them. I buy a case every week. The Earth Bananas aren't labeled organic, but they are. And they are way better than the organic dole. Way way better.
