Hello, my name is Heather and I started with the raw food diet after reading 80/10/10. It has changed my life. In the few months that I have been transitioning into this diet I changed from a slithering chemical addict to a girl who now wants nothing to stand in the way of the clarity and vibrancy of life. I want to keep it up, spread the word, and get the best advice about that possible so I am here.

Books: The Bible, LOTR, 80/10/10, The Power of Now. Movies: LOTR, Phantom of the Opera, I mostly try to stay away from t.v. and movies because they are time suckers. Authors: Tim Keller Pastimes: Card games, group games, outdoor activities, fruit picking.

I need assistance building a community of health supporters. I come from a family/community/world of people who love to eat meat and will hear nothing to the contrary. It is a lonely life when you decide to turn away from your culture and social influences. I am looking for friends to live, eat, and share life with on a long adventuresome travel.
