I've been vegetarian since I was 11, which is about the same time that I became fascinated by raw foods (albeit high fat). Around the time I started high school, I found 30BAD, very quickly bought the book and became convinced! No matter how many slip ups I have along the way, I believe that this is the best diet and lifestyle there is.
I bike almost everywhere and do moderate exercise a few days a week, mainly lifting weights and training for my first 10k!
