I'm a 23 year old low fat (mostly) raw vegan from Ontario, Canada, and I have been on a tremendous healing journey for the past year. After years of abusing my body, I have finally decided to take control and heal myself from many illnesses from the inside out. I am deeply passionate about nutrition and holistic practices, and am constantly seeking the truth of matters. I know it is almost always hiding (in plain site, sadly!). After a year of refining my diet from an absolute chemical soup of toxicity to a now high carb low fat diet, I can safely say I have landed upon my goal confidently ~ This IS the optimal way to eat, and though my healing is not done yet, my diet, or rather lifestyle, is here to stay for good! I look so forward to sharing with everyone here at 30BD, and growing as a person together!
