Hello all! I'm 25years old and have been trying to maintain a LFRV for a year now! I've been pretty successful! I have a two year old son and a wonderful husband! I love fitness and health..I'm currently trying to get my certifications as a personal trainer and I want to get into holistic health, I'm just not sure how to do it!
