Hi my names Lewis I have been veg for 6 years now and vegan 1 Year . I don't really get support from my friends or family so i am looking for other veggiesauruses to chat too and exchange info. I am currently trying to go raw but i am traveling/backpacking so its more inconvenient than hard but i am trying my best. I am training hard although i am traveling when i get home im doing my first ironman I have been doing middle and Olympic distances for a couple of years now. I truly believe in this way if life and think its the future for everyone who want to be healthy

The main info i need is really quantity how much do i need to eat with a high level of training i go out and run for 2 to 3 hours and when i get in i am very fatigued and although i don't want to i keep adding powders to my plant power smoothies vegan ones of course but i feel i can ditch these with some good advice. Plus id love to train with you guys when i make my way over too OZZY OZZY OZZY
