I need help transitioning into the LFRV lifestyle. Also, I need more education in the Nutritional Science part of it. Since that is going to be my profession, I want to know WHY and HOW eating a more LFRV diet is beneficial.

The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. nice best fruit from mexico gotta be the mangoes ,,Nyc is the mecca for all imports you could possibly find anything u want ,,best time of course is march-aug for tropical fruits ..the apples and pears from sept - nov is real good .
