I have struggled with eating disorders for about 30 years. I have tried many diets, prayer, books, psychologists, psychiatrists, I have been hospitalized, suffered tooth erosion..... then I learn of Freelee and her route to health and so I have a new hope. I have replaced my food with many raw organics that I could muster.I have also been watching a lot of videos regarding slaughterhouses and have made lifestyle changes according... I am trying my hardest. Every day is a struggle and a triumph. :)

Well I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I have been eating a lot of bananas but am finding my blood sugar to increase. I am a bit overwhelmed with all of the fruits as I know they have natural sugar, but I still worry. When I test my blood in the morning before anything, it ranges from 130 to 160.
