I have struggled with my weight for years and have tried every diet under the sun. The only time I could lose the weight was when I was in Zambia, Africa. I went there two times for about 5-6 month periods, and each time I was there I went down to my ultimate weight for me, about 135lbs. I am now 223lbs. I kept thinking about what I ate in Africa and I realized that it was mostly carbs. So, I thought to look up High Carb diet online one day and found Freelee the Banana Girl on Youtube and have watched her and DurianRider nearly every day since. My husband and I have began the journey a little over a week ago and we are far from perfect at it, but we are keeping it going and working at it for sure. I am needing some more people around me to bounce questions off of and to be encouraged. Thanks, Robin

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?

I guess just more info on food combining and which foods to eat in the morning versus the evening or afternoon.

  • Hey there! I don't know of any co-ops unfortunately. I usually go to a produce stand in town called Greyson's and they have a punch card where you get a punch for every $20 you spend (can only be punched 1x per visit) and after 5 punches you get $10 off. They usually use it when I have 4 punches and spend $20 & they will take the $10 in the same visit. They also give me a few free items that are ripe since I go once a week and usually spend $30-$50.
