Hi! My name is Shauna and I have been on the raw foods path since 2004, when I turned 18. I am recently married to a vegan who is trying to be 100% raw and am very lucky to have a great partner who supports my lifestyle. I have been a mostly veggie based raw foodist and would like to see what 80/10/10 does for me. I am looking for a community interested in the same lifestyle and for support on this new journey. :)

I need help not eating so much high fat foods! I love eating nut pate, olives, olive oil for dressings, tahini.. I need help understanding what my daily food amounts should look like.

Hi Shauna, I looked on the Pacific NW-ers group and saw that you are in Portland. Is that still true? If so, are there any meet ups that you know about here? I'm pretty new to all of this =)
