How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:(mrs.joycegyimah@gmail.com ) for the full details.

    Have a nice day

    Thanks God bless.

    Mrs Joyce.

  • Hi,  Steph1734 I have been suffering from Candida for 4 years to the present when I became a vegetarian. I have since changed my diet due to very intense research online.  I still suffer but much less. I will continue to research until I find relief.  I recently found some good articles online and I am finally finding some relief.  I just started so I have to give this some time to see how effective this will be.  I will share with you what I found so far that I am trying and going to try to get rid of this once and for all.  I want you to keep in mind that this is what I found in research for myself and that I am not a doctor.

There is a site that I am testing the information on right now.  The site author may have something that she is selling however; I have not purchased anything, because so far the cure is right in my kitchen cabinet.  Look over her site thoroughly and see if there is anything that could help you as she has a wealth of information.  I found for myself that I had to remove sugar completely from my diet in the beginning. I however have since found that raw natural Stevia has been a godsend for sweetening my coffee etc.  What you must know is that the supermarket/grocery store bought Stevia is adulterated which makes it unsafe to ingest. (Too many chemicals in it)  I buy raw plant derived organic Stevia leaves which are safe and natural and devoid of chemicals or any weird after taste.  You don’t even need much to sweeten beverages.  Surprisingly it tastes just like sugar without being sugar. It is good for Diabetics, people watching their weight and those suffering from Candida, which clearly feeds on sugar.

I had to cut out fruit high in sugar. I also take enzyme capsules that literally combat the Candida. So far just 2 days in and cinnamon has helped me tremendously. Here is a helpful website that I found that has great information about cinnamon. https://www.thecandidadiet.com/cinnamon-antifungal/

Just read the information and do as much research as you can. I am also considering using organic food grade clove oil, organic food grade oregano, organic food grade peppermint oil and organic virgin unfiltered, hexane free coconut oil where I will take 2 or 4 tablespoons per day. Hope this helps.

I also came across this Amazon.com review by someone named Lindy that seems very helpful. I have not done anything but read this so far, however I thought this persons review was very interesting and could possibly be helpful. I will copy and paste it here for you to read. Remember this is what worked for her, however I took from it what I thought could work for me.  I will send this tomorrow, because it won't fit here with my comment.
