I've just ordered my 80/10/10 book, haven't even read it yet, should be here soon.
I have been on and off the raw food diet for about a year and a half. And I did 36 days of the PULSE diet cleanse...not sure I'm into all the fat I've been eating when I'm on it. I'm not even sure I'm into all the fruit in this diet...ha ha!!
But I want to give it a fair go! And I'm excited to actually have a support group this time!!

The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Oh yea a Raw Food restaurant sounds perfect :) I'm eating mostly mono foods ATM and feel real resonate with that, the simplicity of life and life without the dogmas of food and eating..
