favorite fruits are mango coconut banana watermelon durian mangosteen .....every given week above ground i buy a 40lb box of fair trade organic bananas as many organic coconuts i can find....i just love coconut water..... i buy in very large amounts ( pears peaches apples ) all organic from the growers themselves in Cawston, BC...... im a professional medjool date snacker......

Hi Daniel, thanks for being in touch. I live in Vancouver, British Columbia. One of the best places in the world, the west coast. I have been eating high raw for years, and recently relaxed in order to get over food issues and become healthier. Fruit is expensive and with GMO's polluting our food supplies now it seems too risky and expensive to eat 80 10 10 here.
I love young coconuts and have been buying them from Chinese markets (abundant here). Young coconut smoothies blended to velvet in my vitamix are my #1 favorite food at the moment. Nice photos of fruit. Okanagon is the place to be for great fruit, climate and soil, for sure.
Look up Quentin Parsons, and Parson's Farm Market, in the Okanagon. His family's fruit orchard is second generation. I buy gourds from him for music. He is a shekere maker and all around awesome person. He used to play music with a Brazilian music friend in town here. (Vancouver). But he is working his family's farm in Keremeos. You must check him out, he's a really nice guy, and I fully trust his integrity. Here's a page with more info.
