Acidic fruit

I have been consuming a lot of acidic fruit lately, for example I just ate a pineapple and two oranges. I want to ensure that my tooth enamel will not wear away as I've often read from eating high carb vegan. How can I prevent that and take the best care of my teeth whilst still eating acidic fruits??? CUZ I LOVE THEM

  • You need to make sure they are ripe which means super sweet with no hint of sourness.  Pine-apple is never ripe unless it is picked where it is grown, it will not ripen after being picked as many other fruits.  Rinse with water after your fruit meal and eat a few leaves of lettuce after each fruit meal.  Brush and floss three times daily with a half hour given after eating so your dentin is not too soft. Use a very soft tooth brush and water flosser once a day in addition to regular floss.
