Hey fruit lovers!

So I've just decided to ditch the pill after 4 years, as it was causing me to be emotionally distant and just not myself anymore. I tried 4 different types and honestly it just wasn't getting better. 

Im trying to help my body ease off the hormones by consuming different things that will help balance out my hormones, e.g. raw maca root powder

Anyone got any advice for weaning myself off?

Not looking forward to any side effects i may experience while my body figures itself out :(

  • Get tons of greens. Hair loss is frightening but a very likely possibility. No-stress lifestyle at this time. Workout and sunshine daily. And the MOST IMPORTANT of all...SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP. Sleep regulates your hormones. No superfoods like maca.

    Congrats for getting off the pill- I've been contraceptive free for a little over a year now (after 2 yrs of being on it) and I feel myself and happy! And most of all, PURE!
