  • I do cardio to keep my abs sunk and small, I eat veggies, tomatoe, and bananas to keep my abdonimanls sunk and small; so test it to see if it works
  • It does take time to stretch the stomach out- just eating until full and then a bite or two more seems to do the trick for most people and in the meantime stick with high calorie fruits
