  • Now have the habit of working out a minimum of 4 days per week!  I am totally surprised and pleased as I am also trying working out twice in a day.  I do 30-50 each of pushups and lunges in a.m. and then tricep dips and leglifts in p.m..  I have more energy, feel great can drop and do 30 regular pushups at a time - even did a contest with my 10 year old son, but he beat me by 3! :)  Love outside, love exercise now, and can't wait to do more!  Oh, and am still, slowly and steadily, losing weight and leaning.  Still having dreams that I can do the splits/touch my nose to my knees and do backflips!  I'm going to get there!! :)

  • Anyone else out there?

Have been doing great!  I've lost weight and only this past week really implemented a workout.  50 pushups, 50 lunges, 50 Brazilian leglifts and working on tricep dips up to 35, want to make that a 50.

Trying jumping pullups since I'm still developing upper body strength.  Love Ninja Warrior!  Little ones are enjoying the challenges of our obstacle course!

  • This past weeks I've been doing leg lifts and push-ups.  As long as I stay away from salt and sodium (unless natural as in celery, kale, etc.) then I am able to lose .5-1.5 per day.  I'm not really good about it, as I'm a work in progress! :)

  • Ok, started up last night.  I will be doing my exercises that I did after I had my first 2 children.  I was limber and energized then, but I haven't been able to touch my toes since so this hasta be the only way! :)

30 leg lifts and going for at least as many lunges, and shooting for 20 regular push-ups.  Practicing standing and sitting up straight, so I don't look like a grannie.  I want to do at least this much and then be able, with strengthened wrists and ankles, to go do cartwheels and handstands.  I would love to do Insanity again, but I get alot of cardio and will most likely go back to lifting weights with hubby.

  • I'd love to!  I finally feel up to exercising again since giving birth 5 weeks ago.

Haven't been able to make a regular stretch time, so I've considered lifting weights and some running on the rebounder.  I will post when I actually start and what I'm doing...please let us know what you're doing!

  • Hello are you still doing a challenge? Maybe we could start another one? :)
  • I must confess, I dropped INSANITY...it was making an old ankle injury hurt again and I cannot be down.  I basically have not done much in the way of exercise until this past week.  We implemented "P.E." for school where we do pushups, lunges, leg lifts, arm circles, tricep dips, and also handstands and odd things of "look what I can do".  I felt soooo incredible and the children felt better as well.  If this is all I can do just 5 times per week, it is much better than nothing at all!!

  • Day 16 today and I'm already anticipating it - Plyometrics.  We did the 1st hour workout on Saturday and it was tough.  I will not stop, I will get me back! :)

  • YES!  My husband worked out with me!  He had all the pain I had at the beginning - mainly in the calves.  I finally lost 1/2 pound, but we'll see how goes.

From all the video testimonials I've seen, all the women don't really lose weight until after the first month.  I saw one describe it as building the incredible muscles first then when you have the muscles the fat layer just melts away - hence the amazing transformations after 30+ days.  I've 20 more to go and I'll be expecting those amazing results.  I STILL need to take my before pic! :) (no worries, havent' changed yet)

  • I have no clue what that 20 min video was...it's now unavailable!  Oh well.  Sorry about that.

Joined the INSANITY group here on 30Bad.  Hope to find more doing Insanity or other BeachBody workouts.

Day 10 tonight...incredibly wonderful ecstatic feeling when I complete a workout!

21 Day Challenge Begins Whenever You're Ready!

I decided to start a group for people like me...maybe I'll be the only one. I started the exercise program I put together before I had my children and did up until I was expecting my third.  I did my absolute best, lost weight quickly, built muscle and strength and overall was happier though I was still eating SAD.Since I can't eat all the fruits that I'd love to eat and need to eat cooked (still vegan) so that I don't starve, I decided to finally get back to this routine and help me lose this…
