  • Hi! I'm Claire but my friends call me Cee, I have been trying my best to stick to a raw till 4 diet, but would love to transition to this high raw vegan diet for good! A few things- I live in canada, and at this time of year there's not much locally grown fresh fruit produce which is pretty lame, Im also and the only vegan in my family. (Just two little things that are a bit annoying but I'm motivated to do this!!!) Does anyone have raw dinner ideas/ suggestions? I have been making zucchini pasta pretty often recently but I would love some variety??!
  • Hey guys!  Last night i had cooked vegan chili.  I was at a church group and did't plan on eating, but one girl brought vegan chili just for me, so i did't want to hurt her feelings. But the problem is that all day i was craving potatoes :(

    can i get some reminders of why stuff that is "clean" like rice and potatoes is bad? thanks everybody

  • Hi guys, I know I am starting a bit late, but I have been off my computer for a bit and missed this.  So I am starting today and would be interesting in calling or meeting (if anyone is in London).  Hope everyone is doing well!

  • Guys, I know only two people have shown interest in the group calls, but I promise you it'll be a great thing to do group calls like once a week... it'll be SOOO much more motivating to hear everyone talk about what they did, what's working, what's not, get feedback, get motivated by the WHYs and the shares. Plus I can help people breakthrough their issues with staying raw and get to the nitty gritty. It's just a recommendation, I understand some people may not want to do it. See my discussion set up in this group to let me know you're interested. We're going to do a call really soon to kick off 2015 POWERFULLY! Let's GO!

  • Shannon, the cravings go away depending on how mineralized you are and your calorie satisfaction. It'll depend on you but keep writing every day why you want to be raw and join the group call if you wish, it'll help. Give it about two months or less for the cravings to go away though you may still randomly crave but it will be very very little.

  • Can we do one on one buddies, AND groups?

    I just started raw on the 1st and have been having cravings for rice, and potatoes. Fruitforthewin, how long does it take for them to go away? is there anything i ca do to speed up the process?

  • I had no idea going raw would be so easy and satisfying. I wish I had done is sooner. I've been 100% raw now for a month but I hope I can still be apart of this group. :) In the beginning I had some cravings for cooked vegan food, mainly rice but they are all gone now. Gonna have some mangoes now...

Kick off a raw 2015 with a phone conference

Hey guys,I'd like to kick us all off with a phone call (I can set up a bridge line) to set us up for success for 2015. I will use some basic coaching techniques to help us all get the impetus to be raw in our subconscious (I'm a certified coach).Let me know if you guys are interested. If I get at least 3 others interested, I will set it up.Take care and happy 2015!!!
