  • I would love to be sunning today. The sun's out, but it's in the 30's here. Spring is on the way though!
  • @Paris...I see you are in Washington State...in Oregon, there is a really large nudist resort themed around a huge number of hot springs--the resort is called Britenbush, and they have organic vegetarian buffet community meals (well, years ago, anyway).. The resort is run (or was, anyway) run by a large but stable commune, and is surrounded by immense old growth Virgin forest.
There is also a hot springs nudist resort (hundreds of families belong, so it is family oriented--members only on weekends, but visitors weekdays (also years ago) outside Villa Grove Colorado, at 9,000 ft up in the Sawatch mountain range.
Lots more, but conversations with those there will introduce you to multitudes of other opportunities, and updates on the wholesome/sleezy factors of each.
I personally visit dozens of wild hot springs in the mountains each year where I meet small groups of individuals who have hiked in for clothing optional soaking, and sometimes camping, all seasons of the year. Pretty much never a sleaze factor once it is at least a mile off a road...
I also have friends with hot tubs and none of them even think about swimsuits. I often find myself the only male in the group, and not uncomfortable for anyone, as all know I'm married, and its OK with my wife.
But I guess I'd be really careful as a woman to have a friend along anytime you go into a new situation...
  • How would one get into naturalism? I find it to be a beautiful way of living, but I live in a town where it is not acceptable. (However I do walk around my house nude a lot). Any good recourses I could check out?

  • Only in my clothes when I go to work . :)

  • Its such a relief not having to conform to all the rules and laws of society!

  • The best part of the year here in sweden is in summer when you can be nude on the beach :) Also in winter but its a little bit colder! We are natural and beautiful as we are!

body censorship

It's funny how in today's world death is something normal, even though it's become such an unnatural thing (wars, famine, poor food quality ... ) and something so beautiful as human body is being judged and censored every step of the way. And just recently I've realised that the world is never going to be ready for bare human body ... until I am. And we alone create our own reality ... I was just wondering how it feels to love ourselves and appreciate the body we were given. How it feels to be…

Thoughts on nude modeling?

As nudists and naturists, I assume that you are all a bit more open-minded about this subject, but still, I'm curious!Do you think that nudity should simply be a lifestyle, not part of your job? Is it immoral to you for someone to pose nude, and if so, why? Or do you think that posing nude for the camera is an acceptable artistic expression? What are some of your personal thoughts on this subject? For this particular discussion, I am concerned with art nude modeling and not at all wanting to…

Nice to Cap d'Agde

I had posted a question wondering if  Cap d'Agde is areasonable day trip via train from Nice?  Just as a follow-up for future reference to anyone else that maybe curious in the future, it is a 5.5 hour train trip connecting through Montpellier St-Roch and is at current date $104 RT per person.  Too far for us on this trip.  I wish I would have checked into it sooner and planned a overnight trip to check it out.
