After watching the film 'Forks Over Knives', I switched to being vegan overnight. I was lucky to discover Freelee early in my journey and started to eat high carb low fat. My life has NEVER been better and I only wish more people knew about the benefits of this lifestyle. My outlook on life has transformed. I am a more compassionate person and my reason for being vegan is mostly to save the animals and to leave a lighter footprint on the planet. I started this lifestyle in January, 2015 and will definitely be a lifelong vegan!
