  • Hiya Caitlin, thanks for your friendship, albeit it Virtual.. So your living somewhere that looks like paradise?

  • Sure! :)

Oh wow NH? So you REALLY know what cold is like, MD is pretty tame winter-wise, in comparison! So how do you like living on an island now, do you miss the mountains, forests, etc from NH? I've often wondered what it would be like to live in a tropical paradise, but I do so love forests, mountains, fall colors, etc. Is the pace of life much more relaxed? That's one thing I think I could probably get used to.

  • Hey welcome Caitlin! :)

Just going out to do chores in a cold rain with snow on the way tomorrow... wishing I lived where you do right now! ;)

Anyway, enough whining from me, you can check out the Banana Welcome Wagon at:

    http://www.30bananasaday.com/profiles/blogs/30bad-banana-wagon-tour

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar)  your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.

    Enjoy!
