I started Raw Till 4 a few months ago to lose weight and to be healthier overall and I've been LOVING the results. It's amazing how I can just eat whatever I want (as long as it follows the Raw Till 4 guidelines) and lose weight! I always knew that there was a perfect "diet" out there, and I finally found the one!! I love being vegan and I hope to keep it up for the rest of my life.
