  • Hi Nash,

Thanks for friending :)  I'm no high-grade chef in the kitchen, but am just enjoying simple things at the moment.  This morning I had 1 cup of dates, and a banana in the blender, with some dried coconut mixed in - like a sort of porridge.  That was yummy and sweet.
If I come up with any other nice ones I'll let you know.

  • No problem! Glad we're friends :) Have a lovely day, Esperanza xxx

  • Thanks for accepting my friendship :)

  • Great to be your friend! The video is on YouTube also http://youtu.be/KxjkqDVUdQo
  • BTW: I love the tomatoes that are imported from spain right now ! Yummmmy...

  • Dear Nash,

I'm glad I can be useful. About my falling off the wagon, all I can say is that I'm really glad I did ! I am a stubborn person, and I learn more from experience than from advice. I failed several months. However, my conclusion is nothing new: eating plenty of fruit works.

I am overt free right now, and it's very easy. For now, I would suggest you get your home surrounded with fruit you love - and lots of it. Right now I have about 6 kg of apples, 4 kg oranges, 10 kg bananas, 4 kg dates, 5 kg tomatoes, 2 iceberg salads at home. So my first advice is to have plenty fruit you love at home / always some on you when you're not home, let's say some apples, bananas, what you like. It depends what fruit you like most.

Start with this thing, baby steps means easy steps. Believe me, it's much easier like this - less temptation. I will give you more advice if you want. Feel free to send me questions as private message or anything, I would be really glad to help you !

PS  : Please, don't feel awful you've failed ! I used to feel terrible months ago, when I gave in to chocolate, I felt disappointed of myself. BUT I gained the battle, and 2012 has been 100% vegan, sweets free for me. Lfrv right now. So please, forgive yourself ! It's normal to fail in the beginning, because it is a chance for you to learn more. Instead, be thankful you have the ocassion to improve your eating habits.

    Peace&Love& Good vibes,

  • Yes we CAN do this :-)   I have high hopes for this new lifestyle :-)

  • Hi There!  I'm not exactly sure how I got warm, to tell you the truth. Perhaps just after a sustained period of time eating this way, everything just starts to balance out. I've been eating all vegan, living foods for almost two years and HCRV for almost one year. And I don't fall off the wagon and revert back to cooked foods. You will get there. Just make sure you eat enough and stick with it.

  • Due to the fact that I'm overcoming chronic fatigue, I guess I have to say yes. However... I don't *FEEL LIKE* I have much energy. I take care of my adult daughter who has disabilities (can't care for herself) and I walk the dog a few times a day. That's about all I can do. I keep thinking I should have energy for more walks with the dog (he'd love to go more often) or to go somewhere or something. But I'm usually too tired to do anything. :-(

  • Thanks for being my BaD friend ! Yes...Close enough ;-)
