  Hi Ramona, that you for visiting my page. I must say that you are awesome and impressive. I like to see that type of dedication, it is very motivating. I am still new here even though I signed up months ago, however, I have been taking my healthy lifestyle up a notch. I hope that you still post here. I would like to learn more about power-lifting.   Ramona! Thanks for the comment! I feel like we just missed one another! I'm actually on the other side of the pond sharing vegan treats, and raw wisdom in the UK for a few more weeks before taking the fruity travels to Sweden for a bit.
