  • sure. I have found that calories are calories when it comes to gain or loss. just that this way - you are so much more in control of your system and the speed and efficiency of results. Of course you can manage fat this way.

  • I wanted to say, reading your previous posts on exercise and such. If you are bored, don't like exercising, find something fun and enjoyable that you can join a club, sports team, or group of friends.

     

    It's always amazing to do things that you also can improve on, like speed and endurance, strength in weightlifting, reflex in martial arts, it goes on.. You just have to learn to like the shape you are in right now.

     

    When you see those people eating what they want, you have to remember, time flies as anyone gets better at anything while having fun. A purpose is also to be healthy, not only looking ripped which with enjoyment and positive attitude will become some side effect you can care less for. Just learn to adore and cherish every aspect of working out and forget about the negative aspects of it. :)
