  • Hi tango so sorry I misssed your question about banana island, I did do it for about two or three days and that was that, I can do mono meals much easier like sub-acid fruit for breakfast, then sweet fruit for lunch like nanas,figs,mamey or whatever looks good to me for that day,then acid fruit for dinner,but I include celery and lettuce at sometime during the day, i really dont think it matters what fruit you chose as long as it looks appealing to you ,cause if it doesnt look good to you at that time,I really dont think it would be to your bodys best interest, I believe our bodies talk to us all the time ,telling us what we need at any specific time ,and that would have all the minerals and nutrients that we need, and we are all different.
