  • I would blend mostly - less energy needed for digestion = more healing energy & more energy for day.
    One fruit is always better but celery would be fine :-)

  • It's funny really, yesterday I thought I looked a bit thin in the face, now it's all bloaty. Perhaps you are just retaining some water at the moment? As for exercise, even just going out for a quick stroll is better than nothing.
  • Don't worry, I know what you mean. I have had two bad days, and I mean bad. The detox got a bit too much yesterday and I fell off the raw recovery wagon. I woke up today and drank 2 pints of fresh watermelon juice in a bid to start again. But I was out with a friend and stupidly didn't eat a salad because of the oil etc.. and I just want to keep my food simple for a few days. Then I fell off the wagon again. Not good.
