  • Organics Direct Organics Direct is located in the same street as BTE, outside Flemington market. Open to public on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 5AM to 8AM

 Arcadia Health Centre Located in Arcadia, 1 hour from Sydney, in a wonderful natural setting. Michel Nature fasted 24 days at Dr Alec and Nejla Burton's Health Centre in April/May 2009. Feel free to ask him anything about it!

    Hey Christopher,  welcome to Sydney:) I've been getting weekly organic produce home-delivered through Lettuce Deliver for the past 8 years or so - they're family run and have found the produce and service to be great. You can order online, they have a huge variety of produce and dried fruit etc. Saves me a LOT of time on shopping too.

    I recently move down to Sydney from Brisbane and am living in Paddington.

    I would like to draw upon the knowledge of our locals here by asking for recommendation in sourcing "organic" good quality produce in our Metro area.

    any being going to Marrickville Markets or Orange Grove, just curious how produce has been there and if they are still the better of the Inner City markets, if anyone can save me some produce from Sunday Markets at Marrickville I can trade for a mamey sapote or two I'm bringing from Cairns, cheers Darcy

I have been thinking it would be amazing to meet some of you who live near me (or even far) and start a little group to meet up and share a fruit feast or go on a bike ride or something adventurous :)

Hanging out in Sydney!

Hey Guys! My name's Nika, I'm 20 and completely new to the raw till 4 lifestyle. I'm looking to get started, but am a little bit unsure of how to go about it. In the meantime, I'm keen to make new friendships, as well as find a bit of support and guidance from like-minded people :) I was wondering if anyone was keen to meet up/hangout anywhere in Sydney? I'm actually from the hills district, so would also be awesome to see if anyone is local to me at all!
