  • No worries. And yer I'm kinder winging it a little at the mo I dnt mind going a bit above or below 80 10 10 I just stuff my face on fruit all day get enough calories and carbs and I feel great and feel stronger I try not to over think things just get on with it u know.
  • That's kl yer I've only been vegan for about three weeks lol but it's going good no slip ups or anything I love fruit so and cooked high carb meals just devoured a massive bowl of spaghetti :) and wow congrats on the marathon!

    Really struggling at the moment not to eat junk nd try to treasure life insted of feeling hopeless and trashing it!

  • Thanks for commenting.  I'm not leaving the life.  This is the life! @Sunluvva - Thanks Lovie. It was just a blip.  I'm gonna make it.  I love this diet.  I have to find something to help me in the evening time. I think my blood sugar must get low.  I don't find sweet things to eat, but chips and cheeses.  When I had dates in hand I didn't get that craving. I have to find a way to get more dates.
